Vincent Whitechapel

Learnt a ton of new techniques with this one. I asked my mum randomly "What should I draw next?" and she pointed out something "Steampunky with your hat" would be nice, and due to my hat being somewhat similar with little empty bottles on it, the idea of a kind of mad alchemist came to mind, and thus, Vincent was created!
And... I finally have an actual resolution on this one, as well as a background - how did it take me this long to do either of those???

The lore idea behind Vincent is he's looking to go about extending his life by any means necessary, including trying to find the "essence" in every creature to find out if he can find what makes them tick and what determines when their time's up, and how he could possibly manipulate that to its limits.
