TESOctober 2023 Prompt - "Eyes"

I went through I think at least 3 completely different ideas before settling on something inspired by Selene's Web, the dungeon in ESO! Based on the theme of "Eyes" (October 4-6), I thought that wherever you go in Selene's realm, her children will always know exactly where you are.
