TESOctober 2024 Prompt - "Necromancer"

I love necromancers, but I will admit I don't feel this one was my best in the collection, but at least it means I learnt something. You win some and you lose some, I suppose! Maybe I'll redo it some day when I have more time and can hopefully do it more justice.
